Grindr is going public. Grindr, the social networking and dating app for the LGBTQ+ community, announced it has entered a definitive agreement to merge with Tiga Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, to go public and raise $384 million. Bird unveiled new parking technology. Bird’s new Visual Parking System allows the app to locate parked scooters with increased accuracy. With heightened location awareness, the app can tell if users need to adjust the scooter to adhere to local parking rules. [BusinessWire]
